PRIVACY FAQ
Domestic Orders;
-We ship in the continental US only.
International Orders;
-Sorry guys, but we do not offer international orders just yet!
Shipping and Handling;
-All orders are sent USPS ground. Flat rate shipping is $6 USD.
-Please allow 2-3 business days for us to fulfill your order. It may take up to 7-10 days for you to receive your order depending on your location.
-If you have placed an order and have not received it within 7-10 business days after shipment, please contact us at customerservice@shopaltruistic.com .
Product Availability;
-We currently share inventory with both our retail and online store. There may be times when certain items may become unavailable although it appears to be available on the site. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot fulfill them. Of course we will try our best to keep the site updated with current inventory but if there are any order that we cannot complete, we will let you know as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed, we will refund your order with no problem.
Colors;
-All of the product images displayed on our web store are taken in house. We try our best to represent our stock as true to color, however this may depend on your computer’s monitor settings. If you have any questions regarding color ways please feel free to contact us for more pictures or information.
Return Policy;
-All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds on any purchase. If you have any questions regarding your purchase or future purchase, please do not hesitate to email us at customerservice@shopaltruistic.com.
Payment;
-All payments are received through Paypal only! We do not accept any other forms of payment such as cash, check or money order.
-All California residents are subject to sales tax of 8.75% calculated to the total.
